On April 12, 2018, while walking along the beach in Madeira Beach Florida Jon saw an osprey flying high above and it had a fish in its talons (a common sight for the area).   He took a photo even though it was very high up.  When he got home and loaded the picture on his computer and zoomed and cropped it, he saw something he couldn't believe!   The osprey was carrying a baby shark and the shark in turn was eating a fish!  He posted the photo on social media and within a couple of days it was all over the news and the internet!!   Soon people were contacting him and noticing his work leading to this site being built !
