Completed photographs are to be delivered to the Client no later than 60 days after the event. 

​

Photographers Fee: $4,700   Deposit : A minimum of $200 upon reciept and signing of this contract.  

​

The deposit is not refundable If the client cancels or changes the engagement. If the photographer fails to appear the deposit will be refunded. 

​

Proof photographs will be delivered to the client via "Filemail" as a download.  

​

The client shall assist and cooperate with the photographer in obtaining the desired photographs, including but not limited to specifying persons and/or scenes to be photographed; taking time to pose for photographs at the Photographers direction; providing a person to guide the Photographer in setups (Someone who can assist with getting the families together in groups. Someone who would have knowledge of family members. This is to avoid missing family members in group photos. )   The photographer shall not be responsible for photographs of people not taken as a result of the clients failure to provide reasonable assitance or cooperation.

The photographer retains use of photos for marketing and website social media posts.  Personal information of the clients WILL NOT be published on posts to maintain their privacy. Photos that would be used for marketing will be reviewed with client before use.  Client has the right to refuse use of photos if they prefer !!

Important Moments. Any and all-important moments at the Event must be properly communicated with sufficient notice to the Photographer. (ie... cake cutting, bouquet throw etc..) 

 

WATERMARKS. All images shown with watermarks, in a preview only viewing, or any limitations shall be removed upon full payment to the Photographer.

​

Upon payment in full the photos from the wedding will be sent via filemail to the client. The full size photos will contain NO watermarks and the client will have full ownership and rights to all the photos.

 Core photos:

• Getting Ready Shots: Bride and groom getting ready, hair and makeup, attire, details like rings and shoes. 

• First Look: If desired, a private first look for the couple. 

• Ceremony: Bride walking down the aisle, groom's reaction, exchanging vows, rings, and signing the marriage certificate. 

• Family Portraits: Formal photos with family members. 

• Couple Portraits: Individual and group portraits. 

• Wedding Party Shots: With the bride, groom, and bridal party. 

• Reception: First dance, speeches, toasts, cake cutting, and candid shots of guests. 

• Detail Shots: Invitations, flowers, decorations, etc

• Candid Shots Lots of candid shots of people enjoying the festivities!
